TOM.

Cloth design for TOM

While creating the design of the cloth, it needed to support the character time when he lived. The cloth which was worn by children during the war time was researched and the things like high waist of the trousers, braces were taken in consideration. Also to emphasize Tom's clumsiness and slovenliness by the fact that he wears different socks and one of the brace can be lifted down.

Body stylization

In order to stylize the body, I used rounded curves to emphasize the shape of the child character.

Facial expressions.

Furniture design for the Tom's room.

Inspiration for overall shape was taken from art Nuevo style. It gives rounded and curvy shapes which highlight nice and warm world of the child. Also it gives the impression of the wealthy family before the war started. But details of the texture will show an audience that it was a long time ago and war time affects everyone.

Refraction.

The Group project in Bournemouth University. We all were presenting our ideas, and my Idea was chosen to develop. It was a collaborative project with 4 talented people. I was responsible for concept design, storyboard, character design and modeling, animation.
